When you register on the iCheckup® site, we will automatically enter you into a drawing for a FREE Apple iPad!  All patients, doctors and health care providers are encouraged to register for a free account on iCheckup®.  The drawing will be performed when there are at least 1,000 individuals registered for the drawing.  The winner will be randomly selected from a list of all users who have completely filled out all details on the registration page.  Each individual may only register one time for the drawing.  An individual's odds of winning are based on the number of registered entries.  Please note the following: (1) this contest is void where prohibited; (2) the winner is responsible for paying any taxes; (3) the winner agrees to have their name and photo posted on the iCheckup® website.  In the event the winner does not desire to accept the prize or if they are not able to accept the prize, another winner will be randomly chosen from all valid entries.  iCheckup® reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to eliminate any entries which appear to be duplicate entries or contain invalid registration information.
