2. Mention the name of the procedure/treatment that was provided.
3. If any particular staff made a difference, mention them by name.
4. Describe your particular concerns prior to the procedure/treatment and how you feel now after the procedure/treatment.
5. Discuss anything that makes this health care provider / clinic / facility stand-out from other health care providers.
6. Very brief reviews are usually not very helpful, so please include several sentences (or more) describing your experience.
