| Active Release Technique (ART) is a hands-on soft-tissue treatment system which reduces muscle adhesions and scar tissue that are contributing to muscle weakness and pain. |
| ART treatment is a manual therapy administered by Dr. JONATHAN HANSEL in Oregon to certain soft tissue structures of the body. The purpose of this therapy is to relieve the body of adhesions and scar tissue, which can form when soft tissue structures are exposed to damaging forces. These forces usually come about in one of three different ways: a sudden or acute injury, a cumulative or chronic injury like carpal tunnel syndrome, or pressure injury from external forces such as poor posture. |
| The cost of an Active Release Technique treatment will vary depending on geographic region, experience of the chiropractor, and the amount and number of areas being treated. Costs can range widely depending on the issue being treated. In general though, patients in Oregon can expect to pay from $40 to $70 per treatment.
