| Active Release Technique (ART) is a hands-on soft-tissue treatment system which reduces muscle adhesions and scar tissue that are contributing to muscle weakness and pain. |
| ART treatment is a manual therapy administered by Doctor GLOCKE in Maine to certain soft tissue structures of the body. The purpose of this therapy is to relieve the body of adhesions and scar tissue, which can form when soft tissue structures are exposed to damaging forces. These forces usually come about in one of three different ways: a sudden or acute injury, a cumulative or chronic injury like carpal tunnel syndrome, or pressure injury from external forces such as poor posture. |
