| Active Release Technique (ART) is a hands-on soft-tissue treatment system which reduces muscle adhesions and scar tissue that are contributing to muscle weakness and pain. |
| ART treatment is a manual therapy administered by Dr. JEFFREY HAYNES in Tennessee to certain soft tissue structures of the body.
